it’s not what I do that makes my service valuable, it’s who YOU are.(The muse is you!) 

My clients are high-achieving entrepreneurs, inventors, and creatives. They are taking great risks to build something beautiful in the world. But in the face of unexpected challenges and disappointments, sometimes risk begins to feel like a big liability. If we don't have the tools for resilience, exhaustion and fear sets in. We cannot build out of scarcity, lead out of empty, or innovate out of fear. Healthy mental fitness is paramount to restoring energy, creativity and the vitality that launched the dream and built your team. 

Mental fitness⸺specifically, PQ Coaching and the PQ Program⸺works to transform fear, scarcity, anger, anxiety at a neurological level. This enables us to turn surviving into thriving and turn the current challenge into a gift and opportunity.

Using an approach that connects Design Thinking (innovation method) with Positive Intelligence (neuroscience-based coaching method), my clients learn to command their brains to innovate, explore, empathize and engage in laser-focused action regardless of what comes their way.

The program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles.

Weekly Video Sessions

In these highly engaging sessions, Shirzad guides you through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of the mental fitness tools. You leave inspired for the week's daily practices.

Daily Practice App

Each day a different focus for daily practice is assigned through a personalized app. 

This practice builds new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits of your mind. 

Daily Progress Tracking

The app tracks your daily progress against minimum targets associated with new neural pathway (muscle) formation.

 

Personalized daily coaching tips from Shirzad both encourage and challenge you to keep the journey going.

PODS & Community

People experience the PQ Program through curated PODS of like-minded creatives, entrepreneurs and female executives.

 

Each POD is an engaging community facilitated by Alexa, and have access to the Positive Intelligence Community, including Shirzad, himself!
