it’s not what I do that makes my service valuable, it’s who YOU are.(The muse is you!) 

I work with high-achieving women: entrepreneurs, creatives and executives. The number one issue is not about performance, but exhaustion. My clients’ desire is to reclaim the core, vital, creative, resourceful-self; the one that gets lost in the fatigue, dressed-down by the inner critic, and harassed by too many to-do’s and not enough time. The cost of high-achievement is high. But it doesn’t have to be.

 

It’s time for self-empathy and time to kick that thing to the curb. It’s time, isn’t it? Time to work on something creative, resourceful and life-giving: YOU.

Using an approach that connects Design Thinking (innovation method) with Positive Intelligence (neuroscience-based coaching method), my clients learn to command their brains to innovate, explore, empathize and engage in laser-focused action.

This practice builds new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits of your mind. 

Daily Progress Tracking

The app tracks your daily progress against minimum targets associated with new neural pathway (muscle) formation.

 

Personalized daily coaching tips from Shirzad both encourage and challenge you to keep the journey going.

PODS & Community

People experience the PQ Program through curated PODS of like-minded creatives, entrepreneurs and female executives.

 

Each POD is an engaging community facilitated by Alexa, and have access to the Positive Intelligence Community, including Shirzad, himself!
